Credit Card Guarantees
All reservations are guaranteed with a credit card (your Visa or MasterCard credit card number, expiry date, and CVV number are required).
Your credit card will not be charged, except for the prepaid reservations.
The hotel reserves the right to charge the credit to confirm prepaid reservations.

Cancellation
If cancelled up to five days prior to your scheduled arrival (except for prepaid reservations)no cancellation fee will be charged.
In prepaid reservations no refund is made.

Payment
We accept payments in Turkish Lira, and in other currencies like Euro, US Dollar, and British Pound.

Check-in and Check-out Times
As a general rule guests can check-in from 13:00 on the day of arrival and must check-out at 12:00 (noon).
Early check-in/late check-out is subject to availability.
If you arrive earlier, you can store your baggage in the hotel's baggage area, and enjoy the hotel’s facilities, until your room is ready.
